How much is that HOUSE?

PSE: HOUSE is a strong player in the low cost and mass housing category where demand is actually the biggest. A stock quite popular in FB groups now and making noise in the PSE recently, the company recently got fresh investments from foreign groups. Likewise, they recently reported that their customers took out more than PHP1B worth of housing loans from Pag-Ibig fund, making them the biggest developer catered to by Pag Ibig.

Do you already have electricity?
Typhoon Glenda recently battered the country and it left us in the dark, causing PSE: MER to scramble its troops in hopes of resuming our power supply ASAP. Yes, typhoons like this actually cost the company millions of lost revenues and reconstruction expenses but if you look at it, the country is still very much dependent on very few power generators and distributors. And with economic growth comes higher demand for electricity. Can Meralco deliver? What does it mean for their stock price?
